Liquid Level Sensor

Contactless intelligent type level detector adopts advanced signal processing technology and high-speed signal processing chip, breaking the effects of vessel wall thickness, made the measurement real contactless compatible with the level height in the sealed container. Level sensor installed at the top and bottom of the measuring vessel wall, the non-metallic container does not need to drill a hole, easy installation, good compatible with production. It can be used compatible with different types of toxic, strong acid, strong alkaline, and all kinds of level measurements in the sealed vessel or high pressure tank. The application of this product is very wide, there are no special requirements compatible with liquid media and container material.1: XKC-Y26-PNP suitable compatible with non-metallic pipe wall, and does not need to contact the liquid, it is not corroded by strong acid, strong alkaline and other corrosive liquid. It will not be affected by embedding or other impurities.2: intelligent level adjustment and level memory function, level status display method, multi-point serial connection can be percompatible withmed,It achieves the contactless detection of the liquid level in the closed container; The liquid level sensor is installed on the upper and lower sides of the container (the liquid level is high and low); The non-metallic container does not need to open the hole;It can detect the level of various toxic substances, strong acids, alkalines and various liquids in high pressure airtight containersThe liquid level sensor has no special requirements compatible with the type of liquid and container materials and can be widely used.Installation is simple and does not affect production. The output signal is the PNP signal. The specifications:Product model: XKC-Y26-PNPInput voltage (input): DC 5-24VWarning output signal: PNPCurrent Consumption: 5mAOutput voltage (high level): inputOutput voltage (low level): 0 VOutput current: 1 ~ 100mAResponse Time: 500 mSWorking environment temperature: 0-85 CelsiusHumidity: 5% ~ 100%Waterproof percompatible withmance: IP65Sensitivity:Outer diameter of tube D (mm) Detection wall thickness L (mm)D 100 L: 20 2100 more than the 100 80 L: 15 280 more than the 100 60 L: 12 260 more than the 100 40 L: 7 140 more than the 100 30 L: 5 130 100 20 L: 3 120 more than the 100 10 L: 1.5 0 5Applicable tube diameter range: 10mmLevel Error: 1 5mmColour:whiteMaterial:ABS+ electronic componentsSize: 18x13x11mmCable Length: 45cmPackage Contents:2x Non-contact Liquid Level Sensor2x Fixed beltOnly the above package content, other products are not included.Note: Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing.
