It is a fruity dark chocolate where notes of red fruits and citrus nuances stand out that combine perfectly with touches of coffee, wood and nuts. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process from the selection of the cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slowroasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note Strong personality. Notes of wild and citrus fruits that stand out harmoniously and combine with a spicy touch of soft coffee, wood and hints of walnut. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 21C. Given the qualities of the product, avoid refrigeration if possible. Dark chocolate has a shelf life of 2 years from its manufacture.
