Copper nasal Lota from Indiaveda, made in India by traditional artisans. The use of the Nasal Lota or Neti Pot is recommended both in Ayurveda and Yoga, as the importance of good and complete breathing is vital for the well-being and balance of our body and mind. To perform a complete cleansing, fill the Nasal Lota with warm water and 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt.Mix well and insert it into one nostril, allowing the water to flow gently out of the opposite nostril.The water in the Lota is enough to clean both nostrils.Remove the excess water with a couple of short, strong exhalations and repeat in the other nostril.
