When water is stored in a copper container overnight or for more than eight hours, a very small amount of copper ions dissolve in the water. This process, known as the oligodynamic effect. It is recommended to fill using only natural or filtered water. Do not fill it with smoothies, infusions or any other drink. Keep the water in for at least 6 hours or overnight to get the most benefits. Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and the rest during the day. Remember that as a therapy you should not drink water from this copper bottle throughout the year.
