Food supplement based on plant extracts, glycine, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals. Curcuma longa helps control inflammatory responses within the body. Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea) is beneficial for the health of bones, cartilage and joints. It contributes to the formation of cartilage and bones thanks to its silica content. It helps to restore joint comfort and mobility. It helps to support joint flexibility and mobility. It helps to relieve joint discomfort. It participates in bone remineralization. It helps to maintain joint mobility. Boswellia serrata helps maintain normal joints. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, regulate hormonal activity and normal red blood cell formation. It contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, the nervous system and normal psychological function, to normal energy metabolism, to the metabolism of proteins, glycogen, homocysteine and also cysteine. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue and the maintenance of normal bones. Copper contributes to the maintenance of connective tissue under normal conditions and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, to normal thyroid function and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Take six tablets a day, preferably between meals, with half a glass of water (125 mL), or as recommended by a professional. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of young children.
