If you wish to return due to damage in transit, you have 12 days from date of delivery to notify us of any claimed damage. The couriers only allow us upto 14 days to claim this, and notifying us within 12 day gives us at the minimum 2 days to claim this. Any damage in transit after the 12 days from date of delivery will be automatically declined unless we say otherwise. Any damage claims will need to be supported in full by you, aswell as backed up with clear images of any damage that may have occurred in transit.
