If we want to fill the cartridge to full, i.e. press 425g of carbon dioxide into it, the cartridge should be cold and the cylinder with a heat siphon (the temperature difference should be 30-40 degrees Celsius). Do not overfill the cartridge (inject more than 425g into it) this may cause the safety valve to open (the safety valve in the cartridge is disposable, it is this small screw). In case of overfilling of the cartridge, excess carbon dioxide should be drained immediately. Liquid carbon dioxide accounts for 80% of the weight of the entire cylinder content, the remaining 20% is dioxide in the form of gas. When only dioxide in the form of gas is left in the cylinder, we will press max 50g CO2 into the cartridge at once. Cartridge filling procedure: Screw the fistula into the cylinder. Insert the (total empty) cartridge into the Quick Connect slot. Check that the vent valve is turned off if not, turn it off. Gently unscrew the valve in the cylinder (you will hear hissing). After the filling process is complete, turn off the cylinder. Unscrew the vent - you will hear hissing for 1 second (if it hisses all the time, you did not turn off the cylinder). Remove the cartridge from the Quick Connect slot.
