Ghostface Killah's album Supreme Clientele 2 is a sequel to his critically acclaimed 2000 album, Supreme Clientele, and was released as part of Mass Appeal's "Legend Has It" campaign, celebrating new music from iconic hip-hop artists. The 22-track project includes guest appearances from fellow Wu-Tang Clan members Raekwon, Method Man, and GZA, as well as Nas, Redman, Dave Chappelle, Styles P, Conway the Machine, and M.O.P. To deliver a sequel worthy of the original, Ghostface used some tracks that were recorded decades ago but saved for the right moment. For example, "Windows" and the single "Metaphysics" are described as "gems that Ghost has kept in the vault for decades".
