Float valves and silicone sealing caps are essential for proper pressure regulation and safe operation. Silicone sealing caps may become dislodged during cleaning, causing the float valve to move freely and preventing the cooker from building pressure. Replacement float valves and sealing caps restore full functionality. The float valve inserts into the lid from the outside; the silicone cap secures it from the inside.
