Ratchet Skate Tool Aluminium Compact

Dimensions: 13.5 x 10.3 cm. Material: High-grade aluminium alloy. Full set includes: 3 socket sizes, nut remover, detachable hex key, fixed hex wrench, flat-head screwdriver, precision file, axle rethreader with ratchet, and griptape eraser. The ratchet’s mechanical advantage reduces required hand force by ~30% versus standard wrenches (based on typical gear ratio), easing strain during repeated adjustments — especially helpful for younger riders or those with reduced grip strength. The axle rethreader uses hardened steel inserts within the aluminium housing to ensure thread-cutting accuracy without slippage. The griptape eraser’s ergonomic shape fits thumb-and-finger control for even pressure distribution across griptape edges and centre zones. Tested across common UK board setups: compatible with NHS Standard, Globe, Santa Cruz, and Loaded longboard hardware; fits both standard 7-ply maple and bamboo composite decks. Designed for reliability in shared workshop environments, school skate clubs, and home garages — with no small parts prone to loss thanks to fully integrated design.
