Description

DTS6012M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging module featuring a high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a 20m range. The chip incorporates time-correlated photon threshold algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm, and fast TDC architecture to enable high-precision distance measurement. It offers 12m detection performance under 160KLux ambient light conditions and includes reflectivity correction functionality. Integrated power management allows operation from a single 3.3V supply, with built-in temperature compensation. The module supports I2C and UART interfaces for easy integration and is housed in a compact, reliable optical LGA package. Ideal for micro-dToF applications due to its small size and lightweight design. Color: As Shown Material: PCB Package Contents: 1 x Laser Sensor Module Note: Light reflection and display differences may cause slight variations in color between the image and the actual item. Measurement tolerance: ±1–3 cm.
