Welcome to our shop! Introducing our Frequency To Voltage Conversion Module, Model FV-500Hz5V. This module is designed to convert a 0-500Hz frequency pulse signal into an analog voltage signal of 0-5V. It can be used as an interface converter between a PLC and frequency, or a movement control card and converter interface matching control occasions. The input pulse level can be directly input at 5V, 12V, or 24V, without the need for a string resistor. However, please ensure that the input signal frequency is maintained for more than 0.5 seconds. The output current is 5MA, and the response time of this frequency and voltage conversion module is about 0.3-0.5 seconds. This module comes with a multi-turn potentiometer for calibrating the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage. The input power supply voltage range is 12-30VDC, with a recommended power supply voltage of 15-24VDC. Please note that when using 12V level, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC alone. At least a 15VDC power supply is required. If you need to use a 12V power supply, you can also order a 12VDC powered converter. For 24V levels, the power supply needs to be powered by 24VDC. The signal input is isolated by a diaphragm, ensuring anti-interference ability. When using with a PLC, it supports NPN type and must have a ground wire. If you need to use an encoder, please rotate it at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds. Please note that if the signal input is a turbine flow or similar, additional components such as an 817 diaphragm and a resistor must be added to match the flowmeter for normal function. The correspondence between frequency and voltage has a linear relationship, with 50Hz being converted to 0.5V, 250Hz to 2.5V, and 500Hz to 5V.
