It is embedded; a double row flat lead-free SMD package for reflow soldering, bottom 3x3 mm, 0.8 mm height. - The sensor emits a calibrated digital signal in standard I2C format. It uses a newly developed ASIC-specific design, with an improved semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor element and a standard on-chip humidity sensor element, delivering greatly improved reliability over the previous generation.
