Follow the instructions below for wheel replacement. STEP 1 Remove the wheel from the vacuum robot by unscrewing the bottom cover of the iRobot, then detach the wheel. Repeat for both wheels. STEP 2 Remove the old tire from the wheel module. Using a flathead screwdriver or similar tool, insert it between the rubber tire and the plastic wheel to separate the tire from the wheel. OPTIONAL: Use a hair dryer or heat gun to gently heat the tire area. This expands the rubber and facilitates removal. Exercise caution when applying heat. STEP 3 Position the new tire over the wheel rim and press down firmly to secure it in place. STEP 4 Reattach the wheels to the robot.
