Artfully designed combination of Celtic cross and Claddagh symbol made of 925 sterling silver. The chain pendant is partially blackened on the front, the back is polished smoothly. Dimensions: approx. 46 mm high x approx. 27 mm wide Inner dimensions of the eyelet: approx. 5.4 mm high x approx. 4.5 mm wide Weight: approx. 5 g The jewellery pendant comes with a noble snake chain made of 925 sterling silver. The necklace is about 1 mm thick and subtly oxidized. We offer three different lengths: 45 cm, 55 cm and 65 cm. Background: The Claddagh sign is a traditional Irish symbol of love, friendship and wedding. The heart stands for love, the hands for friendship, the crown for loyalty. The Celtic cross, also known as the high cross or wheel cross, is part of medieval Celtic art in Great Britain, Ireland and France. Characteristic of this cross shape is the ring that lies around the intersection of the beams. Most of the crosses were hewn from stone and decorated with knot patterns of various kinds.
