This 400W DC-DC step-up boost converter operates across an input range of 8.5V–50V DC and provides a fully adjustable output from 10V–60V DC (factory-set to 19V). Its dimensions are 95 × 55 × 32 mm, and it weighs 280g. The housing combines durable metal and flame-retardant plastic, with two integrated aluminium heat sinks enabling stable performance from -40°C to +85°C. Efficiency reaches up to 96%, varying with operating point (input/output differential and load). Connections use industrial-grade screw terminals for secure, tool-tightened wiring. It is intended for constant-current LED driving, solar voltage boosting, portable electronics power adaptation, and other regulated DC power applications requiring manual precision tuning.
